One day casually browsing .. I happened to see this site. I liked the look and feel. Also the services they offered were good. As I live outsite India for me to send some snaps taken with my digital camera is a pain. My parents are not well versed with the internet so they are not good at downloading and viewing the images. I thought it would be great to use their services.
I did not think twice before uploading and ordering a print by giving my credit card number. After all the company behind the venture was kodak. But alas I was in for a shock. I was initially said that they would deliver the prints in 6-7 days. But 15 days passed and no snaps.
So I sent mails to customer support but no reply. I followed up again after one week but no reply either. Another mail and yet no reply. I thought that was it. But after one month or so suddenly the snaps are delivered to my home. And guess what rather than my snaps taken at San Francisco it has some lady having her ’’mehind’’ function. My mom was scared to say the least.
Also snaps were lesser than I ordered. I sent mails to kodak asking them to send me my snaps and not somebody elses but no reply to date. Don’t even use this site to temporarily upload as they delete your quota at wish.
