I would strongly recommend not to fall in the trap of Kohler Brand and buy their products!!!!
The products malfunction within a few months and the after sales service is equally deplorable.
In Varanasi where I reside there’s just one high headed technician who attends to the complaint at his whims and fancies.
The higher ups are all show and no go.
The complaints via mail to their grievance cell is not even answered.
Disgusted disgruntled.
