-The Project Green Olive by Kolte Patil developer has failed to keep their promises.- As per the agreement the possession date was Dec-2012 but till date (Aug-2013) we haven’t got the possession.
-From March-2013. The Management is just making false commitment about the "COMPLETION CERTIFICATE" and possession date.
-Instead of compensation they are just buying the time.
-Higher management is not even concerned about the CUSTOMER who are overburdened by paying the HOME LOAN FULL EMI and has already paid full amount towards the property. Such misconduct of Kolte Patil developer is terrible and we have LOST THE FAITH in them.
