I have bought from these guys a few times...around a year back, twice recently. Earlier it was a set of difficult to buy NCERT books.
But off late, the purchases were of sports goods, and then a bunch of CDs (because they were running a promotion). Some of these were Edurite CDs, and an audio book. During this the second time, the audio book came in separately and koolskool people called in to inform me of the same. There also has been another occasion, when a CD that I had ordered arrived on time but was defective. One email sorted the issue, and a new CD arrived soon after. They did not even ask me to return the defective CD.
Lovely service, wide range of items, great prices...what is there not to like?
