I had worst experience while dealing with kooves. They are making customers fool and not listening to customer. They are arguing with customer even if they had mistake. I ordered Photo Mug. 1st of all, not delivered on time. They gave Photo Mug with mirror image which looks like joker. 6 photos are repeated. What d hell are they doing?
