Dear Koovs team, this is utterly unprofessional, I made the payment through debit card not put it on COD, order 1004616 was confirmed that day itself, which was 28th Feb., and on 5 th march I am being mailed that the order is cancelled! this is unacceptable and it also says you tried to reach me but got no response,
For your information no one tried to reach me through the phone, not even once (this bullshit excuse doesnt work with me!) .
Thirdly, I dont see a solution or a compensation in this mail. Is this how you guys work? and what about my money which I already paid? That money still lies with you! I am very offended!
I replied on mail and stated my discomfort on 5th March itself and this is 7th March without even a single reply!
Please take this seriously and provide me a solution asap!
