No delivery of product

I ordered a shoe bit did not received and after 10 days I checked it was returned. No call from bluedart. Now koovs support personnel is saying it is out of stock. And amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days in credit card.


So overall all 20 days wastage of time and energy and money? I would never prefer for such companies and specially bluedart worst services because this is fourth time they had done such issue.
