I have just started online purchasing my first two experience was so so, but I got some wonderful experience with my third item was ordered from koovs for a lovely Bag which was lost in transition, I lodged a complaint for that to customer care of koovs.
At first I was very angry with this, but later my problem was resolved in 5 days. To see this I will give four stars out five. I will be the consumer of koovs in future.
