I’ve purchased "Buy Belkin Surf Wireless Modem" from Koovs on 26th October, after purchase I didn’t get any confirmation mail from them. I logged in to their website and checked the order status luckily order was displayed there. But shipping details not mentioned. On 28th I contact their phone support, and got update that they are on HOLIDAY. When I checked my order status on 31st October in their website still they have not updated the shipping details. So I send a mail to them to cancel the product, they replied product dispatched but not updated the order status. So I asked them how to cancel this order. No reply from them. Also I contact their phone support(080-22251100 & 9945032433) no one answering the call. They have mentioned 24 hours, 6 days a week phone support. I checked for cancellation terms in their website, and its not mentioned in the website also.
So please think twice when buying anything from KOOVS.COM.
