I am totally an online shopping freak. I shopped from almost all the online shopping site, & most of them have stood good on my shopping expectation & Experience.
But Koovs.com would be rated as "pathetic" in my list. Product color & quality is not what they show on website. and Refund SUCKS big time. every time your are going to listen "refund within 7-21 days" from their customer rep. But 21 days are never going to end. I seriously don’t want others to get their money doomed in this website.
