Purchased Cafe Coffee Day discount vouchers from the website, the vouchers simply did not work at the CCD outlet. On seeking a refund got a couple of email replies, but no action was taken. They simply send you an email reply when you send a reminder.
On checking with some friends, I heard similar stories about this site. My recommendation would be to simply stay clear of this website. They seem to be there to cheat people out of their money and nothing else.
