I am here to to share my opinion which is received during my second transaction from koovs.
This time I purchased a goggles from them at the cost 2225/-. I received that with in 3 days which is very quick but when I opened the parcel the item was damaged, at that time I rang to customer care they replied me “it will be return back with in 67 days I send them a snap of damaged product same day but seventh day I didn’t received any parcel from koovs I called them again they said “ it will delivered to you immediately”
Finally I got my goggles after calling them 5 times, they are nice but they should be quick in replacing the product.
I recommend to all reader of review.
