I have ordered two products on koovs.com 15 days ago and still I have not received them but they promise to deliver the product with in 7 days which is totally non-sense. Customer care no is always busy and they never reply your e mails.
One of the order has been shipped but other has not even shipped yet. so please avoid shopping from koovs.com as if you do you will not be happy and if you are not happy it may decrease your lifetime so don’t let a website reduce your life.:)
