Koovs sent damaged product, WORST customer service

I ordered a Milton flask from Koovs.com. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but in a BROKEN condition. The cap of the flask was completely broken.


I emailed them TWICE, with NO RESPONSE whatsoever.


I called their customer support line numerous times - all you’ll get to hear is "You Are very important to us. ." in an automated voice. No one EVER picks up.


I’m shocked at how such sites still exist. I don’t feel like going to consumer court for a product worth some Rs 200, but I feel like I should.
