This is the online shopping portal for buying branded stuff. The site really neatly designed considering in the mind the kind of customers they are expecting to hit. Really cool user interface, easy navigation, nicely presented products.but the price range is too high.
They mail you saying there is a massive discount going on the certain products but when you actually go and see the price list it is not at all discounted.i mean not at all affordable. My brother ordered a branded T-shirt(i won’t mention the brand) and ordered for M size and they delivered L size.
Return policy is valid upto 30 days but it took several calls and follow up to ensure the reverse pick up. They should improve on service. Because they have really nice products.but if they mess up with service factor, they soon might go down. Content is with in-depth information but loading time is little extra.
