KoRn - Band of the century

KoRn are in my opinion, the biggest band in teh world. They combine the raw energy of the six string bass with the shouty / quiety voice of Jonathan Davis. They are like no other, and it shows, on this amazingly accurate debut from the Bakersfield crew.

Songs like Blind, and Clown and Ball Tongue, show how deep the songs go to Jonathan Davis, while songs like Faget and Daddy show how different the band can be, both in song subjects, and the way they tackle ach one. Daddy, especially shows how Jonathan Davis can get really emotional, when he gets the chance. This is emphasised when you can hear Jon walking out of the studio at the end of Daddy. that was real, not fake or put in their to make it sound better, and it works really well.

The songs on the album are as follows :

Blind (single)

Ball Tongue (released as them pplaying live - video only)

Need To

Clown (single)

Divine

Faget (single)

Shoots And Ladders (single)

Predictable

Fake

Lies

Helmet In The Bush

Daddy

As is aid, Daddy is the best song on the album. The style used in this album, is not repeated until Issues, and I think that the other two (lif is peachy and folloow the leader) would have been better had they had the same style.
