My name is Vijay Mishra, I am also working with Retail industry(Decathlon India) but it is completely different in all manner with Reliance.
How.?
I went to Reliance Digital with one of my friend unfortunately her company is a trade partner of Reliance Digital(RD), Even she insist me to visit RD for show Electronic gazette. Because she was a trade partner so she entered as an visitor. she and I went to the security desk and she asked for the visitor register which was not available in the desk, he( Mr Jadhav) try to find it but he could not did. then I told him even you have not register for visitor, he replied me belligerently if we have not then we will make it from now.
Then she told to him ok make a register or find it, i’ll make an entry when exit. she did her work mean while I searched products. RG products range was good I found my required list of products and so on.
While exit we again went to the welcome desk/ Security Desk. She again asked for Visitor register this time he has, unfortunately she had a call mean while I was try to made entry for her, Then Mr Jadhav aggressively stopped me to make entry, I said to him, I am just filling up the detail which is very know to me she will put her own signature. Why you guys making a system more complex then Mr Jadhav had become more violent and start misbehaving with me.
I went to the store manager to report all that, what was happened to me but RD employee stopped me to enter in to the cabin of store manager they told me ok I am going to call him. I waited for so long but no one came and that Employee told me he is busy over phone. then I ask for feed back gazette which you generally keeps you with department manager, he told me it is not functioning.then I gave CRM desk a written feedback mean while Mr Jadhav enter in to store manager room. while return I find store manager roaming in side store I went to him, he did not come to me. I explain all what happened to me but he counted me the number of service of Mr Jadhav and he acted as an appointed lawyer for Mr Jadhav.
I am completely disappoint with Store Manager Reaction and Security Behavior.
