I bought a Koryo washing, machine from Ezone Rajajinagar Bangalore almost 7 days back. Till now no one has come to give a demonstration. No one is even picking up the call at EZone Rajajinagar. Ultimately frustrated I tried to call up the service centers listed at the back of the booklet they have given. To my surprise I found out that the numbers listed against the service center Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited 08040943195, 08040938081/2 and 9880177880 are all invalid numbers or wrong numbers. I have a strong feeling that Koryo is a cheater company which will cheat its customers by giving wrong numbers in their official product booklet. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY ANY KORYO PRODUCTS BECAUSE THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT THEN YOU WILL NOT FIND A SERVICE CENTER.
