I bought this air conditioner almost 4 months before with all its five star energy saving rating. With guarantee n warranty of one year. But guess what it startes it’s disfunctioning after only two months and when I called the customer care they were like we will call you for appointment and what not they didn’t give me call for almost two weeks. And when I aging called them they were like this takes time. And when they finally came they were like whatever part is not working is not in guarantee ad warranty.
