Kosheys that nice old coffee joint we all know. Its serves good food for a reasonable price as well. The place is really old like the Indian coffee house on MG Road, must be among the list of oldest cafes in the city of gardens. I usually get feel of space in here, though the tables are kept a bit too close.
Kosheys is the kinda place where you can sit with coffee and a news paper for long, nobodys going to interrupt you. I used to have long chats with my friends, repeating the coffee+finger fries order a few times to make the waiter smile.Food is value for money stuff, and they got a good list to choose from. You can try some of those kerala stuff here, which I dont find in many Bangalore restaurant menus.
The place is old pals, this not that glossy, well-lit new look restaurant you are searching for. This is a quite an antique piece. Many of its customers come to the place as it has some part in their nostalgia, and for the trust it gained in years. I have been visiting Khosheys for almost ten years now, and I still hold a feeling that the place is good.
