I would like to share my experience about this bill shift service by Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have transferred money from Kotak bank click2remit and it took 5 days to deliver money to my Kotak bank account in India. I also got lesser rate. These banking staff told that they give good exchange rate and later they deduct transaction fee and the amount transferred was even lesser. The amount which I have transferred on that particular day was lesser on the day it delivered. In total I lost around 5, 000 rupees with this Kotak Bank service. It takes only 10 mins from Western union to deliver to recipient account with very good exchange rate. Unfortunately my Western Union login ID was blocked so I tried sending money from Kotak which was very bad experience and lesser rate. I recommend Western Union for everyone. I regret sending money from Kotak Bank.
