Hello friends today I am going to share my experience of kotak 811 & mobile banking app I if you like please like and comment on my review.kotak 811 open the bank account online at zero balance but this app having some technical issue.i register the details like pan card adhar card & name date of birth etc.when app is starting firstly I don’t blike how kotak bank design this app.second the coustmer support is not giving response immediately to any kind of queries the cheak status is not shown in kotak Mahindra bank website the notification is not sent on time by kotak Mahindra the regiona language speaking agents are not available with the kotak Mahindra.if we have change any personal details there is no any options kotak bank gives in this banking app.i use net banking to payment and they give very less credit limit of rs 15000 for this credit card so guys dont open saving account in kotak.
