Disappointed

I download Kotak app to open an account in Kotak bank but they totally disappoint me.


User interface is very difficult to understand and too many use less options.


This app has too many lags and very difficult to open any account.


They told me that it is totally free to open an account but when I request an ATM card Kotak Demands 1000 rupee.


After this incident I just uninstall the app but when I reinstall the app and try to open an account again then Kotak app say you have already try to open an account with so please kindly visit our website and when I visit the site there is no option to sole this problem
