Well I have opened an account before 8 months this bank is very consumer friendly. It is very simple and easy way to open an account of Kotak 118 account. Because when I did not have an account in any bank then I opened Kotak 118 account and still I am using it’s mobile app continually. I am so happy to use this mobile banking app because we can receive and send money in a very simple way. But there is a problem in this bank account when you deposit money they changed even you have to pay for getting your physical debit card.
