I used this app to open my account but it is a very slow process. I had to wait atleast 10 days to get my virtual debit card.
There is no way to give them feedback through their app. I had to mail them on their email address to get help and it also took 2 or 3 days. I was so frustated because of timing of their work.
They also not have any way to add money in account by I have to use phonepay app to add money in kotak account through my other bank account or I have to go to nearby kotak branch.
Ui and design of app is good and neat and clean.
