Customer service

The Policy Document when received in July’10 had a mistake in the nominee’s name- done by Kotak. I have been talking/meeting people in Chennai office, sending mails to Kotak in Mumbai & sending mails to clientservicedesk.


But everything met with no action.Cant a company of this stature do this small thing when pointed out by the customer ?It is all published nicely & spoken well that they offer a lot but you get at the end is not even peanut service.


Till date they did not correct the mistake done by them- apparently with an intention to cheat the policyholder. The service & response of Kotak Life Insurance to customer is horrible & indifferent.R.Ramamoorthy
