I had to transfer some immediate funds to an emergency situation. I logged on to net banking and clicked dynamic access code but I received blank emails and no msgs because of this I am shocked and frustrated to bank with this bank.
Further, there is one option to raise complaint with this bank, but it asks for ISD code, residence phone, office phone as mandatory fields because of this I cant raise my complaint too.
Better to close the account with this bank. If we call to bank people also they wont pick up calls! Its totally a waste of a bank.
