The hardest part of job is when pressure of selling Life Insurance comes from Management. The enjoyable part is when we work with full enjoy without Life Insurance pressure for any day. It Very Good organization to work for. Employee Friendly Organization. Only area of concern is the salary hike every year, which is not good as compared to the other private sector banks.
