Pathetic Customer service

Hi all


Honestly irresponsible staff attitude regarding service queries, After demonetization I have not seen their single atm giving service, Fed up with this bank, Staff have no knowledge banking is not at all transparent, I went asking with a simple query on changing my account type from savings to salary but the staff have such attitude that they wont even know what they are talking, customer service at the worst level
