I had applied for PL in Kotak before couple of years(even when some of my friends suggested me to not to go with this Bank).
For the verification purpose Bank sent some one to collect the document details at our home.
Even after submitting documents no response from other side, so After 10 days I called them for enquiry.
The staff(who had initially take all responsibility and help us about the loan) said some stupid reasons.
He said when the person had been for verification, no one was there in your permanent address.(My wife is housewife so she is always at home and our neighbours didn’t see anyone).
Can’t they tell this as soon as verification was over?And even after waiting for 10 days we didn’t get any response from their side.
Then finally I came to know that the work quality about this bank and then I go with some other GOOD bank.
That time I realize that why this bank does not have good brand name in the market.
Personally I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
