Well, I feel like the communication with KOTAK could have been much better with respect to personal loan as there no response from them for a period of 5 days. I did not get any sort of communication or updates from them. I had to call their support team get their personal contact number myself and follow up. Interest rate offered by them is line with other Banks.
Worst in ATM services also because some locations ATM’S are not working.
