One of the worst service providers

They always have technical issues, and expect customers to ignore the same for the sake of humanity, justifying all such errors. Most of the times you will face problems while doing phone banking. And for every single query they expect customers to visit their branch. transaction alerts are received so late, and in case of unsuccessful transaction you don’t even receive the mail/message for reverse transaction.


Advice: should pay some attention on customers being in the service industry!
