Hello freinds, I have kotak mahindra bank jifi account in lekhraj branch of Lucknow . Yesterday I got a message like I lost RS 437.75 from my account and mentioned that for cash deposit charges . I really don’t know for what things the bank deducts the charges so I called customer care for that issue and he’s saying that it is a service charge and I have to pay it but my question is that no officials from bank tells me about this charges before . I am really get disappointed and dissatisfy with the kotak mahindra bank services. I will not continue my account with this bank.
