Customer care don't work and illiterate chatbot

They faked about debit card charges. It was told that, debit card charge would be 125 Rs while opening the account. But they charged 885 Rs. None of their customer care number works. They have chatbot that is utter waste of time. Best part is kotak.com site does not work most of the time. And when up, upon logging in it will expect OTP. But by the time OTP reaches out email or mobile, their site will be down. Worst experience. Worst bank ever.
