Worst bank

Hello friends I gonna see like this worst bank. I had opened account this bank and then I want to apply for debit card. I wrote an application to the bank manager as per their rules and they finaly replied to me after a month asking me to deposit 500 INR as for card charges. I did it. but I was writing for the delivery of card and I waited for a month but I dd not get that.i went to the bank and they told me that your card is here and I wanted to withdraw some money from my account but they said please some after 5pm as we are going to have lunch.is this any kind of service provided to customers? their internet banking is also cheap and unsecured. is not reliable and bad working condition.very bad customer service for all.phone banking is not suitable for all the times.internet banking is poor.ATM services are not available in urban areas. so please do not refer this bank
