I share my personal experience to you. I had opened account in this bank and then I want to apply for debit card. I wrote an application to the bank manager say there roles and they finally reply to me after 2 month asking to me deposit 500 INR as for card charges.
But I was waiting for the delivery of card and I waited for a month and I didn’t got that.
I went to the bank and they don’t me that your card is here and we couldn’t get some reasons. Then some how collected the debit card and I want withdraw my money from my account but they said please come after 4pm as we are going to have lunch.
Then their internet banking is also cheap and unsecured and reliable. There customer service was very wrost. Only good think in this bank that the availability of
