Lost Trust in them

Did a UPI transaction through Kotak-811 app, the amount is debited from my account but didn’t reflectin the opposite account. When I contacted the customer care they stated that in case of failed transaction, the reversal would take 24-48 hours and if the reversal doesn’t happen they would raise a request and it would take 2-3 days to process. I mean what kind of a bank takes so much time to process when it comes to money. I have used many bank accounts and faced these kind of problems but never took this much time for money reversal. Even if a person who needs that money very ungently, it looks like they don’t care.
