Very bad service

I am an account holder with ING from past 3 years it was very good experience with them, since it merged with Kotak, the services sucks.


Very bad customer service, do not have even a toll free number . It sucks, switching to RBS . They charged me for calling them at standard price and their executive put my call on hold for 55 minutes in whole conversation.
