Grievance against the Kotak Mahindra Bank - Dadar

I was intending to open my savings account & visited Kotak Dadar East Branch on 8th July 2014 wherein asked a concerned executive for a call back as I was in a hurry & also to arrange for form and collect relevant documents from my office since branch timings are not matching with my work.


After waiting for a week I called again on 15th July 2014 & executive was not there and made me speak to the Branch Operations Incharge.He assured me someone call me. Same day someone called me, since I was in a meeting I requested him to call me in half hr. Since then there was no follow-up so I called the branch again today(21st July 2014, requested to speak to branch Operations Manager - Mr.Akhil Gharat. But to my surprise before I could say anything, he started shouting on top of his voice, stating that "you are still not our customer & we have no time to talk to you." & hung up the phone on my face.I again called to speak to branch manage but he was also not there & same guy repeated same act.


I was not even given a chance to protect my reputation and self-respect as the way Akhil Gharat treated and abused.
