So in May I opened an account with kotak mahindra bank with my mother as joint account first my mother account was opened after 10 days from filling the form very very late service after mam tell me your mother will have to maintain 10000 Rs and your account is Zero balance account so don’t take tension you don’t have to maintain minimum balance but after 2 months 532 Rs deducted from my account after I called to branch manager and tell the incident so he said you will have to maintaine 5000rs in your account or open RD of 2000 per month I was shocked I tell to him that when I opened account Mam was said your account is zero balanve account after he said might be there was misunderstanding with you and mam .so I said just leave it.and still I not maintain any balance .fake bank hidden charges
