I have applied for a personal loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Loan process was super-fast until they collected all the documents from the customer. After that no response at all
They don’t even check emails.
I used to call the person who collected the documents and sales executives(Satya: Mob=> 8106430980 and Carolina(sales executive) Mob: 7730048201) 1000 times they do not even picked my call.
