I think Kotak got best bank from business india for the poor service from the personal loan department, No one response properly, they took almost 17days to credit my loan.
One of the worst employee called Bharat Phatak(relationship officer), I tried to reach him many times he keeps disconnect the call. The major issue is they agreed for 14% interest rate then they increased to 16% at the time of agreement . Don’t ever take the personal loan from Kotak.
