I always doubted Kotak Mahindra Bank but now it's 2 years, and I can say I am satisfied and I wanna share my experiences with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
- I have contacted Kotak Helpline many times and they have responded very well with their caring efforts. The helpline itself is so easy, Yes they have a voice assistant on Calls, so you don't have to type. I like even the authentication process on Kotak Helpline. Then the executives interaction skill and helping attitude really got my attention. I have called Kotak Helpline even at 2: 00 AM, because of my office timings haha and they helped me thoroughly.
-Kotak Bank App is now very mature, It provides all the basic information about your account and linked accounts. You can easily access your statement from the app itself. Transfer money, Recharge, Pay your bills etc.
-You can even apply for loan and credit card from the Bank App itself.
-I never had any issue with payments, otp, online transaction etc. Reading previous reviews I feel am very lucky.
They delivered my 1st Credit Card on my last birthday, and I really enjoyed it, I am still paying for it though.
