Kotak service is not that good!

I am associated with Kotak bank for last 6 years. I had few numbers of bank account in kotak. Their services were spot on and top class. Branch manager of Park street branch was a nice person and so as the relationship manager who was handling my account.


Since last few years my problems started with bank. They are not giving the good services which they used to give. They have opened my accounts and I got good services only till I was openjng account or making new FDs but as soon as I stopped opening account and making new FDs their services have gone for a toss.


Is it practically possible for one to open 2/3 accounts every 6 months? No. As soon as they have completed their target they started to ignore me.


I have gradually closed all the accounts with only 2/3 accounts left with them.


Hope they provide better services
