Hello everyone, I have been using services of Kotak Mahindra Bank from the past two years now & I am fortunate enough that I have not faced any issues with this bank ever.They have got the best customer service provider whether it goes for a customer care service or a home service I have never faced any issue with these guys.The best thing which I like about this bank is its interest rate which is 6% , which hardly any bank is providing now a days.And inorder to get this rate you just need to get a savings bank account open with them and have to maintain a minimum balance of one lakhs. Yes, its the minimum balance as if your balance goes down from one lakhs the interest rates also shuts down to 5 % which is again good interst rate in comparison to other banks.If I talk about there website, its also very user friendly and does not takes alot of time to get open. How ever if I have to talk about best ATM’s I would really take the name of Kotak Mahindra Bank, its not just because I am the customer of this bank but its my personal experience that when I was not involved with this bank then too I have always found funds or cash in this very banks ATM.Yes its really true.So over all in these two years I have never faced any issues with this bank infact I found many positive points for suggesting peoole for being a privileged customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank like I am! I would really rate this bank 5 out of 5 as , as of now I only got to see positive points from Kotak people, but never found any negative point to share.So I would really suggest all of you to go for Kotak Mahindra Bank!
