I was recommended kotak money 2 India service by one of my friend, it is just like a government bank, takes ages to complete a service
Once you initiate your transfer from foreign account, you have to forget it!, every time when I do a transaction it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to complete a transaction. But what they promise is within 2-3 working days the transaction will be completed.i would tell bull sh@t.
They have this gimmick to tell there customers that the provided Local Bank account was not valid.after repeat emails and fight with these people finally they will credit money in to the Local bank account
By that time they credit the money in to your account it will be like 3 to 4 weeks.
Customer service - pathetic!.
This happened about 4th time to me. and then finally I said F*+’# Off. to these people.
NEVER EVER GO FOR THERE STUPID SERVICE,
I hope this review can be eye opener to other people
