I am now thinking why I did not come online to check pathetic service reviews, this would have saved my the time and energy that I am wasting in dealing with this bull s* called Kotak Mahindra Bank.
I have dealt with so many banks earlier while in India for my salary accounts while working in India but have never seen such pathetic service standards. Their poor and pathetic service standards are beyond description and explanation. Still I have listed few points of my issues for which they are unable to provide a solution.
I did not receive 1 of my debit cards and PIN on my registered overseas address because of your poor courier service provider. I did however receive 1 debit card on my overseas address,
I have somehow misplaced my net banking access and want a new one but the same cannot reach me because of your poor courier service provider
Hence I stopped sending funds to the accounts and also informed the same to the Customer Relationship Manager
Now I am on vacation here in India and visited the branch with an intention to close down the account / sort out all issues by getting all access from the bank but the staff that attended me had no intention / idea how things can be sorted out. She seemed helpless / not having knowledge of how my case is to be handled.
She did take a cheque book request saying that the cheque book will come to the branch while I am here in India and that I can collect it from there but I got an email saying that it will go to my registered address.will your courier reach me?
A phone banker however was good enough to guide me to the website for resetting the debit card PIN however I was not getting the OTP on my registered mobile number so I called the phone banking and they were as helpless as the branch staff.
