Well, The worst ever bank with worst staff. I have a salary account with this bank unfortunately, when everyone was saying, dont choose kotak bank its a newly launched and a less trustworhty bank, I didnot believe them and opened my account with kotak. They promised me to provide unlimited free atm transactions, a credit card etc which came out as a trap.Forget those services they dont even have a staff who is courteous about the concern.Moreover half of their staff says that they are from different department and leave us to find the relevant department without giving any usefull information.Dont believe when a kotak guy promise you to provide blah blah things because once you open your account with them you are trapped.Anyway I will soon withdraw my account from kotak.It all was my personel experience.
