We made a major mistake by succumbing to your wealth management representative last month who gave us a rosy picture of how customers are treated as individuals at kotak bank group. We now realize that we’re completely at your mercy and all that was nothing more than a short term goal of your team to amass immediate customers and I was one amongst the trapped individuals. As a result, today when we call the cell no of the officer whose name officially appears on your statement , we are told this is a wrong no, and the number belongs to the lady of the officer who’s with the bank !! we then chase the responsible officer somehow and talk to him. We are told he’s busy and will revert back.
We again talk to him and he claims he’s promoted and no ore responsible to give us answers (mind it we are talking about your latest statement details) .
We have no clue what ever happened to our deposits and other parked funds. (I wish Mr. Asit Trivedi) the person your mailer and statements suggest we should be talking to for details was available and not promoted !!)
