This is just one of the most pathetic experience I had in life and the Attitude the bank has is as if they are above everything. We had an OD with icici and they told us that they will be offering lower interest and processing fee if we shift there, once closed the icici one, they changed the version to higher rate and processing then what we were even paying in icici. Finally even wrote to senior management, but didn’t even got any response, finally reinstated the OD with a different bank. But in whole process, 6 crucial months were lost and unnecessary harassment I had gone through. Exactly similar incident happened with a friend also. Just avoid Under all circumstances and if in case you have to do, get even a single thing in writing!
